Job Title: Senior BD Executive Company Name: Match Graphics Pvt Ltd Location: Changodar Department: Business Development Reports To: BD Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Senior BD Executive with experience in the Decor paper, plywood, HPL, ceramic and Prelam boards industry. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the subject materials sector, strong customer relationships, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires a dynamic, motivated individual who is passionate about driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new business opportunities in the decorative materials and woodworking sector. Key Responsibilities: ¢ Sales Strategy & Execution: o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. o Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential customers, partnerships, and markets. o Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently meeting KPIs and sales goals. Customer Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, suppliers, and distributors. o Provide expert advice and consultation on products, helping customers choose the right materials for their projects. o Address customer concerns or issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge & Technical Support: o Stay informed on the latest industry trends, product innovations, and competitive landscape. o Act as the subject matter expert for decor paper, offering technical support to customers as needed.


¢ Market Research & Competitive Analysis: o Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and emerging market trends in the decor paper, plywood, HPL, ceramic and Prelam boards industry. o Track competitors activities, pricing strategies, and new product launches to adjust sales tactics accordingly. ¢ ¢ Sales Reporting & Documentation: o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress. o Provide regular sales reports to management, including forecasts, pipeline status, and revenue projections. Negotiation & Contract Management: o Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers while ensuring profitability and competitive pricing. o Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Qualifications & Skills: ¢ Experience: o Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales within the decor paper, plywood, HPL, ceramic and Prelam boards or related industries. o Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets. ¢ Industry Knowledge: o Strong understanding of the Decor paper, plywood, HPL, ceramic and Prelam boards markets, including product features, applications, and industry standards. o Familiarity with suppliers, distributors, and key players in the construction or interior design industry. ¢ Sales Skills: o Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. o Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse sales data, understand market trends, and drive strategy. o Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.


¢ ¢ ¢ Communication: o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. o Ability to present and explain complex technical products in a clear and engaging manner. o Technical Proficiency: o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). o Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus. Other Skills: o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. o Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Education: ¢ ¢ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional technical certifications in sales, marketing, will be a plus.
