Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to maintain customer relationships, achieve sales targets for revenue growth, and improve sales operations efficiency. You will join our team to focus on increasing sales revenues and building customer relationships in Eastern India (West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam). To excel in this role, you should have exceptional organizational skills, sales acumen, and effective communication abilities to understand and address customer needs. If you are results-driven with analytical capabilities, we are excited to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: - Develop sales and marketing strategies tailored to the designated territory - Utilize data analysis to enhance sales techniques - Interact with customers to resolve queries and provide solutions - Identify sales opportunities through market research - Present products/services to potential clients - Engage in industry events to establish customer connections - Conduct sales training sessions - Evaluate sales performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Monitor competitive activities in the assigned region - Prepare and deliver reports to the Sales Director Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated track record as a Sales Manager, showing success in driving sales growth and revenue increases, preferably in field sales - Proficiency in creating sales strategies, using performance metrics, and familiarity with MS Office is necessary, experience with Salesforce is a plus - Strong communication skills, effective organizational and leadership abilities, problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Knowledge of the geographical area of operation is preferred,
