Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and execute monthly/quarterly sales plans for wholesale and distributor network across India. Identify new market opportunities in states like Gujarat, UP, Bihar, Maharashtra, West Bengal, etc. Distributor & Wholesaler Management Appoint and manage a network of B2B partners (A+ wholesalers, semi-wholesalers, and super stockists). Set pricing, credit terms, and supply schedules for each partner. Ensure repeat orders and relationship building. Team Leadership Build and manage a team of regional sales executives (future hires). Set KRAs, monitor field visits, and drive weekly reporting discipline. Market Analysis Collect ground-level data: competitor pricing, packaging, schemes, and customer preferences. Share reports for packaging, SKUs, and marketing input. Sales Operations Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for smooth delivery and payment collections. Maintain CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Excel) for tracking leads and closures. Reporting Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the Director. Recommend improvements in distribution, territory allocation, and incentive structure. ✅ Qualifications & Skills:3+ years of experience in FMCG/B2B wholesale sales (preferably in food/agro products) Strong network in North and West India preferred Good negotiation and communication skills (Hindi + regional) Leadership qualities and team-building mindset Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets; CRM experience preferred
