Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bhopal. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing the sales team, developing strategies to increase revenue and market share, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves analyzing sales data, preparing sales reports, and working closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with company goals.

• Experience in sales management, business development, and team leadership
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and develop sales strategies
• Knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus
