Job Summary: We are hiring an Agency Development Manager to recruit, train, and lead a team of insurance advisors. The ADM will be responsible for driving sales through the agency network and meeting business targets. Build and maintain relationships with clients for insurance sales Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Handle client queries and provide excellent after-sales service Generate leads through various channels (field, referrals, cold calls) Ensure timely policy issuance and documentation Stay updated on insurance products and market trends Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing Maintain regular follow-ups and client engagement

Key Responsibilities : Corporate Governance : Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, LODR, and other laws. Board Meetings : Organize meetings, prepare agenda, and maintain minutes. Regulatory Filings : File with ROC, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, etc. Secretarial Duties : Maintain statutory registers and provide Board support. IPO Management : Liaise with legal advisors, bankers, and regulators Handle SEBI compliance & disclosures Manage pre-IPO and post-IPO documentation Prepare draft prospectus and other filings Manage investor communications Compliance Monitoring : Ensure legal, regulatory, and insider trading compliance. Annual Report : Oversee preparation and submission. Stakeholder Liaison : Act as contact point for regulators, shareholders, and others. Corporate Communication : Handle shareholder communications (dividends, AGM, etc.)

Job Responsibilities: Manage and organize all loan documentation and files (physical & digital). Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams for smooth loan processing. Follow up with clients for missing documents or signatures. Ensure timely submission and dispatch of loan files to concerned authorities. Maintain MIS reports and update loan tracking systems regularly. Handle data entry, loan application checks, and verification coordination. Assist in audits and compliance checks related to loan documentation.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of field sales executives for loan product sales (personal loans, business loans, etc.). Drive business through direct sourcing, channel partners, and DSAs. Identify and develop new customer acquisition strategies in the assigned territory. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor sales performance and ensure high productivity from the team. Ensure proper documentation and coordinate with credit and operations teams. Train and motivate the team for better performance and compliance. Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
