Ensure agents are IRDAI certified and compliant.
Set clear targets and monitor performance of agents.
Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback.
Identify underperforming agents and take corrective action.
Drive business through the agency channel to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Help agents plan and execute marketing and client acquisition activities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
Maintain accurate records of agent performance and activity.
Submit regular reports to senior management.
Ensure all sales and recruitment processes follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.
