Agency Development Manager

1. Agent Recruitment & Onboarding

• Identify and recruit potential agents through various sources like references, job portals, and field activities.

• Conduct interviews and select suitable candidates as per company standards.

• Ensure proper documentation and onboarding process.

2. Training & Development

• Provide initial and ongoing training to agents on insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance.

• Organize periodic workshops and skill development sessions.

• Ensure agents are IRDAI certified and compliant.

3. Performance Management

• Set clear targets and monitor performance of agents.

• Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback.

• Identify underperforming agents and take corrective action.

4. Sales & Business Development

• Drive business through the agency channel to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Help agents plan and execute marketing and client acquisition activities.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.

5. Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of agent performance and activity.

• Submit regular reports to senior management.

• Ensure all sales and recruitment processes follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.
