Key Responsibilities

:

1.

Agent Recruitment & Development

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard potential agents (Life/General Insurance Advisors).

  • Provide training and guidance to agents on products, sales techniques, and compliance.

  • Monitor agent performance and ensure continuous engagement and motivation.

2.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Drive insurance product sales through the agency channel.

  • Help agents meet their individual targets and in turn achieve your own targets.

  • Track and manage productivity metrics.

3.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.

  • Act as a point of contact between the company and agents.

  • Resolve agent and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

4.

Market Development

  • Identify new market segments and untapped opportunities.

  • Conduct field visits and promote brand awareness in the assigned territory.

  • Organize customer meets, agent gatherings, and promotional events.
