Job Description

Self-motivated Should be Multi-tasking, able to manage projects simultaneously and effectively. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Good in price calculations (commercial) ·        Identify and approach potential clients in the market. ·        Conduct market research to understand competitors, trends, and customer needs. ·        Generate leads from new customer through cold calls, networking, and referrals. ·        Develop and implement sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets. ·        Present, promote, and sell products to prospective and existing clients. ·        Understand customer requirements and offer solutions tailored to their needs. ·        Maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers. ·        Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries, issues, and complaints promptly. ·        Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement to close sales. ·        Stay updated on product specifications, benefits, and applications. ·        Educate clients about the company's products and how they can benefit their operations. ·        Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs. ·        Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales, and performance metrics. ·        Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely order fulfilment. ·        Attend team meetings ·        Training sessions ·        Industry events as required. ·        Understand the market area wise customer mapping and competitor activities. ·        Maintain customer relation to understand basic requirement. ·        Coordinating with company representative for product promotion. ·        Experience in handling dealers, distributors in B2B sales of laboratory products made in India. ·        They will be accountable for: ·        Business Development ·        Sales Strategy & Execution ·        Client Relationship Management ·        Product Knowledge ·        Reporting & Documentation ·        Visiting clients Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science or a related field. 6+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
