Objective: ● New Client acquisition ● Revenue increment ● Increase Market penetration Profile 1: Sales Manager – Digital Sales & Online Business Development (For a candidate with a proven track record of business development through LinkedIn, Email Marketing, and Online Channels) Job Title: Sales Manager – Digital Sales & Online Business Development Location: Noida, India Department: Sales & Business Development Experience: 3+ years in online sales & lead generation Industry: Digital Marketing & Software Development Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager – Digital Sales & Online Business Development to drive revenue growth through LinkedIn, Email Marketing, and other digital lead generation methods . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, prospecting, and closing deals online , particularly for digital marketing and software development solutions. Key Responsibilities: ● Identify, prospect, and convert leads through LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and inbound lead nurturing . ● Build and manage a sales pipeline, from initial outreach to closing deals . ● Develop personalized sales strategies for different industries based on market research and client needs. ● Conduct online sales presentations, product demos, and client consultations via Zoom, Google Meet, or other platforms. ● Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and sales activity tracking. ● Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates. ● Develop and execute LinkedIn automation and email marketing campaigns to reach decision-makers effectively. ● Stay updated on digital sales trends, marketing technologies, and industry best practices. Key Skills & Qualifications: ● Proven experience in online business development, LinkedIn sales, and email outreach . ● Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. ● Experience using Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar), and email marketing automation . ● Ability to write compelling cold emails and LinkedIn messages that convert. ● Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets .
