Core Responsibilities

Personal Sales Responsibilities (Sales Officer Level)

You must lead by example and demonstrate the following activities yourself:

  • Conduct

    46 client meetings per day

    , minimum

    25 meetings per week

    .
  • After each presentation, collect

    minimum 5 references

    from the prospect and add them to the CRM.
  • Schedule follow-up meetings with these new prospects.
  • Complete the

    Golden Hour Follow-Up”

    – follow up with the original client within

    20 hours of the presentation

    .
  • Maintain CRM entries for every meeting, reference, follow-up, and closure.
  • Achieve minimum sales target of

    1–2 units per week

    .
  • Products range from 97,000 to 20 Cr. Average ticket size for fast-moving products is 2–2.5L.

Incentive Structure for Personal Sales:

  • 5% incentive on every product sold after completing base targets (approx. 10,000 per sale).

  • 1,00,000 incentive for every Stock Point closed.

  • 25,000 incentive for every Trial Center closed.

  • 5,000 fuel allowance per month.

  • All statutory benefits post-probation.

Sales Team Leadership Responsibilities

As you build your team of Sales Officers, your responsibilities will include:

  • Hiring, training, and mentoring

    10 to 30 Sales Officers

    .
  • Daily review of their CRM activities, follow-ups, and performance.
  • Field visits to shadow their meetings and support closure.
  • Weekly performance reports to State Head.
  • Organizing team training sessions and product refreshers.
  • Motivating and correcting underperformers.
  • Ensure each team member follows:
  • 25 client meetings per week

  • 5 references per meeting

  • Golden Hour follow-ups

  • CRM discipline

  • Minimum demo-to-sale conversion ratio of 30%

Team Leadership Incentive:

  • You will receive

    10% of the total monthly incentive

    earned by each of your team members.
  • For example, if 10 officers each earn 20,000 in incentives, you will receive 20,000 extra as team performance bonus.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum

    7–10 years

    of

    field sales

    and

    team handling

    experience in premium product segments (wellness, luxury appliances, medical tech, etc.).
  • Proven experience in

    training, hiring, and mentoring

    teams.
  • Strong leadership mindset with

    accountability for results

    .
  • MBA in Marketing

    or equivalent preferred.
  • High proficiency in modern

    CRM

    ,

    Google Workspace

    , and

    AI-powered tools

    for lead generation and reporting.
  • Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Basic Salary:

    40,000 – 60,000 (depending on experience)
  • Incentives:

  • All personal sales incentives as applicable to Sales Officers (5% onwards)
  • 1L per Stock Point closure
  • 25,000 per Trial Center
  • 10% override

  • Petrol Allowance:

    10,000/month
