Sales Manager (Field-Based | Construction Industry)

📍 Location:

Full-Time

💼 Experience Preferred: 2+ Years in B2B/Field Sales

Scaffolding Hub is on the hunt for a results-driven Sales Manager

This is not a desk-bound role. You’ll be out in the field, engaging with builders, contractors, and project heads. We need someone who can strategize like a leader and hustle like an entrepreneur.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales by meeting construction companies, contractors, and developers on-site.
  • Identify and close opportunities for scaffolding rental, installation, and fencing solutions.
  • Develop and manage a team of field marketing interns and sales executives.
  • Create and execute a sales roadmap with monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Lead client meetings, pitch customized solutions, and follow up till conversion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects post-sale.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market feedback.

What You Must Bring:

  • 2+ years

    of field sales or business development experience (construction industry preferred).
  • Strong network or ability to build one in construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience managing small teams or mentoring junior executives is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of scaffolding/shuttering/fencing solutions is preferred (can be learned on the job).
  • A two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally.
