· Handling both Mechanical and Electrical Breakdowns in SMD Machines and Utility. · SMT Machine Installation and Troubleshooting: STS laser Marker, UNISTER Screen Printers, Samsung Pick and Place, TSM Reflow Oven, PARMI Solder Paste Inspection, PARMI AOI. · Samsung Pick and Place Machine and PARMI AOI MMI Installation. · ICT Machine Installation, Programming, and Troubleshooting: TSC/ TESTOP ICT and Program Downloader, Spray Coating Machine, and Curing Oven. · WAVE SOLDER MACHINE: Installation, Troubleshooting, and Preliminary Maintenance. · Ability to Perform Major and Minor Repairs, Tests, and Calibrations on SMD Machines. · Works on Installation of SMD, ICT, WAVE lines and Moving and Setting up Existing Equipment. · PCB Routing Machine Programming and Spray Coating Machine Programming .
