Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver high performance.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales activities.
• Conduct regular training and mentoring for sales executives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and prompt issue resolution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Sales Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
