Sales Manager

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and understand their property needs
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, and follow-ups
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and close deals
• Maintain and update CRM/database with lead and client information
• Support the marketing team in promotional campaigns and on-site events
• Understand real estate projects thoroughly to pitch accurately to clients
