Sales Manager

About Us: Capital Spindles India Pvt. Ltd. is a pioneer in precision spindle manufacturing & repair since 1992, serving clients across India and internationally. We are expanding our spindle repair business in Delhi/NCR and require a Sales Manager with deep industry connections in CNC, VMC, HMC, Grinding, and other machining applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate spindle repair business from CNC, VMC, HMC, and grinding machine users within Delhi/NCR + 80 km
• Leverage existing customer network for immediate business opportunities
• Build and lead a sales team of 2–3 experienced sales engineers
• Visit industrial customers, identify repair opportunities, and convert into orders
• Maintain strong relations with machine tool dealers, service providers, and end users
• Coordinate with internal technical team for quotation and repair timelines
• Achieve monthly and quarterly spindle repair sales targets

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of sales experience in CNC machine tools, tooling, or spindle repair
• Strong network in Delhi/NCR industrial hubs (Faridabad, Noida, Manesar, Bawal, Ghaziabad, Okhla, Sahibabad, etc.)
• Proven track record of converting industrial sales leads into orders
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering preferred
• Must have own conveyance and willingness to travel locally daily
