Position Summary:

We’re looking for energetic and confident Tele Sales Executives who are excellent at communication, good at building relationships over calls, and excited to grow their career in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective home buyers and explain project offerings
• Understand client requirements and suggest relevant property options
• Build long-term trust-based relationships over follow-up calls and WhatsApp
• Fix appointments or site visits for qualified leads
• Coordinate with internal sales teams and project heads
• Maintain CRM records, call logs, and lead follow-ups
• Occasionally accompany clients for site visits (if required)

• Excellent in verbal communication (Hindi/Marathi/English)
• Naturally confident and people-friendly
• Good at relationship building over phone
• Quick learner & understands sales mindset
• Presentable & professional in conduct
• Residing in Navi Mumbai or willing to work from our Vashi office

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
