We are looking for a Tele caller for license purchase and sell would be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining the process of buying or selling licenses, and guiding them through the necessary steps. They would also handle inquiries, address concerns, and potentially help facilitate transactions.

Responsibilities:
· Outbound Calling:
Making calls to individuals or businesses who may be interested in buying or selling licenses.
· Inbound Handling:
Answering incoming calls from potential customers with inquiries about the license process.
· Product Knowledge:
Understanding the different types of licenses, the process for acquiring or selling them, and relevant regulations.
· Lead Qualification:
Identifying potential customers and determining their suitability for the service.
· Needs Assessment:
Understanding the customer's specific requirements and tailoring the information provided accordingly.
· Explanation and Guidance:
Clearly explaining the license purchase or sale process, including documentation, fees, and timelines.
· Objection Handling:
Addressing customer concerns and providing solutions to any issues that may arise.
· Closing Sales:
Guiding the customer through the necessary steps to complete the license purchase or sale.
· Database Management:
Maintaining accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and leads.
· Sales Targets:
Meeting or exceeding established sales targets and performance goals.
Skills Required:
● Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing.
● Persuasion and Negotiation Skills: The ability to convince potential customers of the benefits of the service.
● Product Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the license purchase and sale process.
● Customer Service Skills: The ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
● Sales Skills: The ability to identify leads, qualify customers, and close sales.
● Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to address customer concerns and resolve issues.
● Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for using CRM software and other tools.
● Target Orientation: The ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
