Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Agricultural Land Purchasing Executive to join our team in Purasaiwakkam, Chennai . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring agricultural land. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to manage legal and documentation processes effectively. Key Responsibilities: Identify suitable agricultural lands for purchase based on business requirements. Conduct field visits to assess land quality, irrigation access, soil condition, and legal status. Negotiate with landowners, agents, and brokers to finalize deals at optimal pricing. Coordinate with legal advisors for title verification, due diligence, and documentation. Maintain updated land records, agreements, and registration files. Liaise with government departments for approvals, clearances, and survey-related activities. Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, village heads, and real estate networks. Prepare reports and presentations on land status, potential acquisitions, and cost analysis. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Real Estate, Land Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing agricultural land. Strong knowledge of land laws, registration procedures, and documentation. Familiarity with Tamil Nadu land markets, particularly in rural and semi-urban areas. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel frequently to field locations.
