Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and process new vehicle registration and delivery documentation. Liaise with RTO authorities for vehicle registration, road tax payments, and number plate issuance. Ensure timely submission and collection of documents such as Form 20, Form 21, Form 22, insurance papers, and ID proof. Verify documents submitted by customers for accuracy and completeness. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all registrations and related documentation. Track the status of each registration and ensure timely follow-up with relevant authorities. Address customer inquiries regarding registration procedures, number plate availability, or delays. Assist in managing temporary registrations and permanent number allocations. Ensure compliance with RTO rules, regulations, and documentation standards. Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Delivery, Finance, etc.) for smooth vehicle handover. Prepare and submit regular reports on registration activities and statuses.
