Job Description: Registration Executive

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

We are looking for an experienced Registration Executive who can handle business registrations and licensing processes efficiently. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in registration-related services and be fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end business registrations such as Pvt Ltd, LLP, Partnership, MSME, GST, etc.
• Manage applications for various business licenses (Trade License, Shop Act, FSSAI, ISO, Fire License, etc.).
• Prepare and verify required documents for registrations and licenses.
• Coordinate with clients to collect documents and provide updates.
• File applications on government portals and ensure accuracy in submissions.
• Communicate with government departments for approvals and clarifications.
• Maintain proper records, follow-up sheets, and daily work trackers.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned registrations and license projects.
• Provide professional support to clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business registrations & license-related work.
• Strong knowledge of government portals for registrations and licensing.
• Fluent in English (written & verbal).
• Good client handling, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple applications effectively.
• Salary up to ₹30,000 based on experience.
