Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Registration Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end property registration activities, ensuring legal compliance, coordination with government authorities, and smooth execution of land and plot registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end registration process for plotted developments including sale deeds, agreements, and related documents
Coordinate with Sub-Registrar Offices (SRO), stamp vendors, advocates, and customers
Prepare, verify, and submit registration documents ensuring accuracy and legal compliance
Track registration schedules, slot bookings, and documentation timelines
Liaise with internal legal, CRM, sales, and accounts teams for seamless coordination
Ensure proper collection and reconciliation of stamp duty and registration charges
Maintain accurate records and MIS related to registrations
Handle customer queries related to registration and provide timely updates
Ensure compliance with local land laws, registration rules, and government norms
Support post-registration documentation including encumbrance updates and document handover
