Sales Manager (Field-Based | Construction Industry) 📍 Location: Gurugram 🕐 Full-Time | 🏗️ Construction & Scaffolding Sector 💼 Experience Preferred: 2+ Years in B2B/Field Sales Scaffolding Hub is on the hunt for a results-driven Sales Manager who’s ready to lead from the front. If you know how to build relationships, close deals, and motivate a field team — this is your arena. This is not a desk-bound role. You’ll be out in the field, engaging with builders, contractors, and project heads. We need someone who can strategize like a leader and hustle like an entrepreneur. 🚀 Your Core Responsibilities: Drive B2B sales by meeting construction companies, contractors, and developers on-site. Identify and close opportunities for scaffolding rental, installation, and fencing solutions. Develop and manage a team of field marketing interns and sales executives. Create and execute a sales roadmap with monthly and quarterly targets. Lead client meetings, pitch customized solutions, and follow up till conversion. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects post-sale. Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market feedback. 🎯 What You Must Bring: 2+ years of field sales or business development experience (construction industry preferred). Strong network or ability to build one in construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-starter attitude with a high level of ownership and accountability. Experience managing small teams or mentoring junior executives is a plus. Basic understanding of scaffolding/shuttering/fencing solutions is preferred (can be learned on the job).
