As a Sales Manager at our fuel business team, your role is divided into two core areas: Managing the Sales Process and Customer Relationship Management. In terms of Managing Sales Process, you will: - Identify and establish business relationships aligning with sales objectives and timelines. - Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring high customer satisfaction. - Nurture long-term partnerships with clients. Key Skills Required for this role: - Consultative and value-based selling approach. - Exceptional relationship-building and key account management abilities. - Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and performance evaluation. - Leadership and team management skills. - Motivation to enhance sales team performance. - Effective negotiation and communication skills. - Solid understanding of the fuel/energy market and client needs. Preferred Qualifications for this position: - Degree in Business, Sales, or related field. - Previous experience in fuel, petroleum, or logistics sectors. - Familiarity with CRM software and data analytics tools. - Expertise in market analysis and providing insights on industry trends. - Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new territories. - Achieving revenue targets through effective sales planning. - Fluency in English is required.,
