Role & responsibilities Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their real estate needs and providing suitable property options. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close deals effectively. Stay updated on current real estate market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies to ensure informed client interactions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system. Participate in exhibitions, property fairs, and promotional events to generate new leads. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) preferred. 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing role is desirable.
