Company: Designo Temple Store Location: Surat, Gujarat Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: 25,000 - 50,000 per month Role & responsibilities Manage showroom walk-in clients and explain product features, designs, and customization options. Communicate effectively with Indian and international customers via call, WhatsApp, email, and video call. Achieve monthly sales targets through strong follow-ups and relationship management. Maintain CRM entries, prepare quotations, and manage customer records. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, delivery) for smooth order processing. Support marketing and sales planning activities. Ensure showroom is always customer-ready and well-presented. Required Qualifications Minimum Graduate (Bachelors Degree mandatory). Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a showroom or customer-facing role. Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle premium clients and international customers confidently. Basic computer skills (Email, CRM, WhatsApp Business, MS Office). Preferred Qualities Smart, confident, and professional personality. Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset. Experience in luxury retail or customized product sales (preferred).
