Key Responsibilities:

• Distributor Appointment & Management:

  Appoint and manage distributors for car accessories, ensuring efficient supply chain operations to retail shops.

• Dealer Network Development:

  Build and maintain a strong dealer network with car accessories shops. Support dealers to drive sales and meet targets.

• Market Analysis:

  Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities.

• Customer & Dealer Handling:

  Address FAQs from dealers and customers effectively. Resolve issues, provide product information, and support sales efforts.

• Sales & Marketing Strategy:

  Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Work on promotional activities, product launches, and campaigns.

• Communication:

  Communicate effectively in vernacular language and English (reading & writing). Hindi is optional but preferred.

• MS Office Proficiency:

  Prepare reports, proposals, and sales tracking using MS Word and Excel.

• Independent Working:

  Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of sales goals and distribution channels.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive accessories or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of car accessories and the retail ecosystem.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel for market visits, dealer appointments, and business development.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling B2B distribution and retail dealer networks.
• Prior experience in car accessories, electronics, or FMCG sectors.
• Multilingual capability is an advantage.
