As Sales Manager โ Distribution, you will lead distribution growth via IFAs, national distributors, banks, and wealth managers. Youโll engage partners, drive product knowledge, foster relationships, and help achieve sales targets.

โข Nurture and expand relationships with IFAs, national distributors, banks, and wealth managers
โข Regularly engage through calls, emails, and on-site visits to address needs, provide updates, and deepen product penetration and AUM growth
๐๐ง๐ค๐๐ช๐๐ฉ ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐ & ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ก๐๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ:
โข Conduct engaging product presentations and training sessions
โข Share fund performance insights, and market and strategy updates
๐๐๐ก๐๐จ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ค๐ง๐ข๐๐ฃ๐๐ & ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ก๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ:
โข Own sales targets for assigned territories/channels
โข Track pipelines, compile reports, and uncover growth opportunities
โข Resolve partner queries efficiently

โข Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance standards
โข Assist partners with application and documentation processes

โข Maintain detailed CRM records of partner interactions, feedback, and activities
โข Support sales collateral preparation and distribution

๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Bachelorโs in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA is a plus)
๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ: 2โ3 years in financial services sales (mutual funds, broking, banking, wealth). Freshers with strong aptitude are welcome.
HNI acquisition, working with HNI and UHNI customers and AIF sales is a must.

โข Strong verbal and written communication in English + Hindi / Marathi / Gujarati

โข Self-motivated and proactive, adaptable to both independent and team environments
โข Fundamental financial knowledge (AIFs, markets, investment concepts)
