Hi, Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with experience in the security services industry . The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets related to manned guarding, facility management, and other security solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads for corporate and industrial security services. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Understand client requirements and propose suitable security solutions. Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Coordinate with operations and backend teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Desired Candidate Profile: Proven sales experience in the security services industry (Manned Guarding / Bouncers / Event Security / Facility Services). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong network in industrial, commercial, or corporate sectors. Target-driven and self-motivated. Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA preferred). Experience Required: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales or business development within the security industry.
