Sales Manager (electrical products and Solution) Experience: 7+ years' experience in electrical products and Solutions Electro care looking for Manager to lead our sales efforts, develop new strategies, and manage a high-performing team across multiple locations Roles and Responsibilities Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through effective client acquisition, management, and retention. Manage a team of sales professionals to drive business growth in the electrical industry. Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers to secure orders for industrial automation solutions. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales planning. Desired Candidate Profile 7-12 years of experience in industrial sales or related field (automation sales, OEM sales). Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical is preferred. Proven track record of success in selling complex technical products such as electrical industrial equipment or machinery. Strong understanding of electrical products/industrialization concepts; ability to communicate effectively about these topics.
