Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end real estate sales activities from sourcing to deal closureConduct client meetings, property site visits, and follow-upsPrepare and deliver professional PPT presentations for project overviews, investment proposals, and marketing pitchesSupport sales operations: documentation, follow-ups, CRM data entry, and coordination with internal teamsLiaise with builders, channel partners, and clients to ensure smooth sales transactionsManage project inventory and pricing updates in collaboration with the operations teamMonitor sales performance metrics and assist in sales reporting

Required Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills in the real estate sectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM toolsOperational knowledge: documentation, client handling, and process coordinationAbility to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
