Education & Certifications Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field; postgraduate is a plus. PMP preferred; Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM) are valuable. Technical Know-how Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or ServiceNow. Familiarity with banking platforms (e.g., core banking, risk systems, CRMs, data warehouses).
