Job Title:

Job Summary:

Interior Finishing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site interior finishing activities to ensure timely and quality completion
Ensure finishing works (like false ceiling, flooring, wall finishes, fixtures, furniture, etc.) are executed as per design and quality standards
Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines and specifications are met
Conduct quality checks and inspections for all finishing work
Manage daily site activities, workforce, and ensure adherence to safety standards
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and progress updates
Liaise with the project and operations teams to resolve site issues effectively

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
25 years of proven experience in interior finishing supervision within the hospitality/luxury segment
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction drawings
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Eye for detail, design sense, and quality-oriented mindset
Willing to relocate/stay in Manali, Himachal Pradesh
Immediate joiners preferred
