Finishing Supervisor

Skills/Competencies

• Qualification Diploma/B. tech (civil)

• Must have Experience minimum 3 years of Experience in to finishing activities of

high rise buildings.

• Comprehensive experience in structural and finishing works (marble, Tiling,

Gypsum plaster, false ceiling, cladding works, paint, block works, screed, and

waterproofing).

• Strong Finishing background with eye to detail.

• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.

• Capable of reading drawings and schematics.

• Good interpersonal skill & a team player.

To carry out technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all

stages.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Should have strong finishing background, eye to detail and should have expertise in

high rise residential building finishing works

• Responsible for all finishing activities such as but not limited to block work &

plastering, false ceiling, gypsum walls and painting, tiling and marble works, IPS

flooring and landscaping.

• Ensuring all drawings, specifications and work procedure are kept up to date and

available on site.

• Should have hands on experience in supervision, coordination with activity

sequencing and handing over work.

• To check the quality of all the materials received on site.
• Follow-up to ensure execution of work is carried out in accordance with approved

method statements.

• checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• To be responsible for monitoring and follow-up safety aspects.
