We are looking for dynamic, motivated & results-driven Sales Manager for growth of our ERP Solution sales. You should have a good understanding and strong experience of ERP Software sales in manufacturing domain. You must be proficient in engaging with Senior Leaders, Decision Makers.

Sales Manager Job Role & Responsibilities

As Sales Manager, you will lead growth of Force Intellect by designing the sales strategy, defining the go to market approach, identifying new opportunities for Spectrum ERP, eProcurement solution and SaaS ERP. 


You will build strong relations with CXOs, and enable digital transformation of manufacturing companies for their excellence & growth.

 

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  •  End-to-end sales process from prospecting, qualification to deal closure
  • Engage with CXOs to identify pain points & how ERP solves them
  • Lead & manage a small team of inbound lead generation executives
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, ERP demo
  • Handle objections, negotiate pricing, terms to close deals
  • Travel for client meetings, industry events, exhibitions
  • Build good relations & nurture clients for recurring business
  • Maintain consistent sales pipeline, generate orders 
  • Maintain proper sales communication records in CRM & prepare sales reports 

  

Required Competencies:

  •  10+ years’ experience in ERP software sales in manufacturing sector.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes, pain points & challenges
  • Sound knowledge of ERP software modules & functionalities
  • Discussing needs analysis, solution mapping, ROI-value proposition
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, negotiation skills, closing skills
