Job Title: Sales Manager

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Sales (preferably in Interior Design or related field)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the interior design segment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of client relationship management, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the interior design sector.
• Manage and guide the sales team to improve performance and achieve goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
• Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (experience in interior design, furniture, or real estate preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
