Role Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in material handling equipment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and customer engagement.



Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned region

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales approaches

• Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions to clients

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and service teams to ensure client satisfaction

• Generate accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review

• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

• Travel within the region to meet customers and stakeholders as required



Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution

• Background in material handling equipment or industrial automation preferred

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills

• Strong business acumen and the ability to identify new market trends

• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently

• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and field visits
