Job Title: Sales Manager – Enterprise SaaS Sales Location: Sector 62, Gurugram, Haryana (on-site) About Darwix AI: Darwix AI is a Generative AI-powered sales intelligence platform for omnichannel revenue teams. Our product suite includes: Transform+ – Real-time call/chat nudges for sales and support teams Sherpa.ai – AI-powered sales coaching assistant Store Intel – CCTV-based analytics to optimize retail conversions We serve leading enterprises such as IndiaMart, Wakefit, Sobha, and Emaar, and are backed by top-tier global investors. Key responsibilities: Manage and grow enterprise pipeline across BFSI, retail, real estate, and technology sectors Lead complete sales cycles: discovery, demos, proposals, pilots, negotiations, and closures Create and maintain account plans, stakeholder maps, and accurate forecasts in HubSpot Collaborate with internal teams on deal structuring, pricing, and project scoping Provide prospect feedback to refine GTM strategy, messaging, and sales collateral Support client success teams during pilots and post-deployment expansions What we're looking for: 5–9 years of experience in enterprise sales or SaaS product sales Proven track record of closing deals valued ₹10L–₹1Cr+ Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, multi-stakeholder sales, and commercial negotiations CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and strong sales documentation discipline Experience in AI/ML, CRM, sales tech, or voice/NLP-based platforms is a plus Exposure to BFSI, retail, real estate sectors and/or GCC/SEA markets preferred Show more Show less
