Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end PF and ESIC compliance for the organization. Maintain and update PF & ESIC registers and records for all employees. Calculate, deduct, and ensure timely deposit of PF and ESIC contributions. File monthly, quarterly, and annual returns for PF and ESIC within prescribed deadlines. Liaise with PF and ESIC authorities for inspections, audits, and queries. Reconcile PF and ESIC statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain knowledge of changes and amendments in PF, ESIC, and other labor laws. Provide support during internal and external audits related to statutory compliance. Prepare reports and documentation required for statutory compliance audits. Coordinate with payroll and HR teams for smooth compliance management. Ensure compliance with other statutory regulations related to labor welfare schemes. Educate employees about PF & ESIC benefits and procedures Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Commerce, Law, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in handling PF & ESIC compliance. Strong knowledge of Provident Fund Act, ESIC Act, and other labor laws. Experience with statutory filing software and online portals (EPFO & ESIC portals). Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills to coordinate with authorities and employees. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
