Job Role: Sales Head | Company: KRIFIX – Narnarayan Innovative Pvt. Ltd. Location: Ahmedabad | Experience: 8–15 Years (MANDATORY: Same Industry Line) Industry: Construction Chemicals / Tile Adhesives / Waterproofing / Building Materials About KRIFIX KRIFIX is a leading manufacturer of construction chemical solutions, including tile adhesives, waterproofing products, grouts, plaster solutions, and specialty building products. The brand focuses on quality, technical innovation, and delivering reliable solutions to dealers, distributors, contractors, and project customers.   Role Overview – Sales Head We are looking for a highly experienced and industry-proven Sales Head who can lead KRIFIX’s national/regional sales operations. The ideal candidate must be from the construction chemical or building materials industry with strong expertise in territory development, channel sales, distributor management, and sales planning.   Key Responsibilities Drive monthly / quarterly / annual sales and revenue targets for KRIFIX. Lead, mentor, and monitor the existing sales team. Expand new territories and strengthen presence in existing markets. Build and manage dealer & distributor networks across assigned regions. Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and price positioning. Prepare sales projections, forecasts, beat plans, and market coverage plans. Ensure strong visit discipline: retailer visits, contractor outreach, sampling, and site-level product demonstrations. Improve active vs inactive dealers, new dealer on boarding, and product-wise contribution. Coordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics for stock availability. Review sales MIS, dashboards, and provide weekly/monthly reports to management. Maintain strong relationships with high-volume distributors, retailers, contractors, and building professionals.   Candidate Requirements (MANDATORY) 8–10 years of relevant experience ONLY in: Construction Chemicals, Tile Adhesives, Waterproofing Products, Grouts / Plaster / Allied Building Materials Proven record in territory expansion, channel management & distributor development. Strong understanding of market behaviour, contractor ecosystem, and retailer dynamics. Experience handling sales teams & dealer/distributor networks. Strong planning, forecasting, negotiation, and communication skills.
