Sales Manager

Role Profile:

Job Location:

You'll Be Responsible for:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies

    to drive software adoption among vets, groomers, trainers, and other service providers.
  • Identify and target high-potential leads

    , build relationships, and close deals through consultative selling.
  • Conduct demos, manage objections, and tailor pitches

    to partner needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimise

    lead generation

    , campaigns, and sales collateral.
  • Track KPIs and report sales performance

    , forecasts, and pipeline health to leadership.
  • Act as a bridge between the field and product team by sharing

    user feedback

    and feature requests.
  • Build and manage a team of sales representatives

    as the company scales.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a

    sales leadership or management role

    .
  • Proven success in

    selling CRM, ERP, or Practice Management tools

    to SMEs or service professionals.
  • Strong network or experience in industries such as

    veterinary, grooming, health clinics, or similar service sectors

    is highly desirable.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with experience in

    solution selling

    to small and mid-sized business owners.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like

    HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience selling into the

    pet care, healthtech, or wellness industries

    .
  • Prior experience in a

    startup or early-stage growth environment

    .
  • Strong product intuition and ability to collaborate with product teams on feature prioritization.
  • Team-building and training experience, especially in SaaS sales.
