Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for our
Vet Management SaaS platform

Prospect and pitch to
individual clinics, pet hospitals, and multi-branch vet chains.
Conduct compelling product demos and explain ROI to decision-makers (veterinarians, clinic owners, hospital admins).
Building a sales team.
Understand customer needs and tailor your pitch accordingly, consultative selling is key.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and hand off successfully closed clients
to the Onboarding Manager.
Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM hygiene
, and report on metrics weekly.
Attend veterinary events, expos, and conferences to build FurrCrews brand and generate leads.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to
refine GTM strategy
based on client feedback.

Skills & Requirements:

4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in CRM, ERP, healthtech, or clinic/hospital management systems.
Experience with building & leading a sales team.
Strong consultative selling and closing abilityespecially with small to mid-size businesses.
Confidence in selling to non-tech-savvy audiences like clinic owners and veterinarians.
Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage pipeline independently.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with regular travel within the assigned territory.

PREFERRED:

Experience in the veterinary or healthcare industry.
Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM software.
Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or early-stage SaaS company.
