Role Overview

We have an immediate requirement for an area sales manager to lead our fire & security business vertical, handling Honeywell and Ceasefire products and solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the fire & security industry and be familiar with various fire safety systems. The role involves expanding business opportunities across Central Government, State Government, PWD, CPWD, Defense, Education, and corporate sectors in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, and Chandigarh.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive

  B2B sales

  and business development for fire & Security products and projects.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in government and private sectors.
• Handle

  end-to-end project sales

  from lead generation to order closure.
• Coordinate with OEMs, consultants, and system integrators for project specifications.
• Manage sales targets, forecasts, and market penetration in assigned regions.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations.
• Provide support to internal teams for project execution and client coordination.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum Experience:

  510 years in the fire & security industry sales.

Industry Knowledge:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Must be willing to travel across assigned regions.

The candidate must own a four-wheeler and should be between 32 to 40 years of age
