Job Title: Production Engineer Experience: 7 -12 Years Job Location: Gurgaon Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Engineer to oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning , manpower and machine utilization , process monitoring , and lean implementation . Key Responsibilities: Plan and allocate manpower and machines efficiently based on production targets Execute daily and monthly production schedules as per customer requirements Monitor and ensure adherence to all machine process parameters Oversee tool maintenance and validate tool usage against the production plan Support new tool development in coordination with relevant departments Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize equipment breakdowns Perform TPT,TQM, fire system, OEE, Product planning Manage daily and monthly inventory effectively, focusing on consumable cost reduction Drive Kaizen initiatives and encourage employee suggestions for process improvements Implement and sustain 5S , DWM (Daily Work Management) , and 3M concepts on the shop floor Lead waste management efforts and contribute to overall process optimization Conduct training and implement 5S , Small Group Activities (SGA) , and safety practices Maintain training records and oversee skill development of shop floor operators Note -Only candidates residing in the North region are eligible to apply for this position.
