Job Description Technical SME- Field Services at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in all things Field Services, good at providing analysis, documenting and diagramming work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and generally figuring it out. Roles and Responsibilities Install, configure, test, and maintain security systems such as access control, biometric devices, CCTV cameras, fire alarm systems, intrusion detection systems (IDS), NVRs/DVRs. Perform on-site visits to install new equipment and troubleshoot issues with existing systems. Conduct regular checks on system functionality and perform routine maintenance tasks. Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions for their electronic security needs. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to electronic security.
