Job Title: Sales Manager Doors Division

Location: Chennai

Employment Type: Full-Time

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our doors sales division, focusing on expanding market presence, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building materials, especially in doors (wooden, steel, fire-rated, or architectural), and a proven ability to lead a sales team to success.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets for the doors division.

Identify new business opportunities and key markets within the residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and distributors.

Oversee end-to-end sales processes — from lead generation to project closing.

Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure consistent performance

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and pricing strategies.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.

Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and credit control guidelines.

*Qualifications & Skills:*

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the doors or building materials industry.

Strong understanding of door products (wooden, metal, fire-rated, acoustic, or security doors).

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
