Job Title : Senior Sales Manager – Electrical Panels Department: Electrical Panels- HT & LT Location: Hyderabad Experience Required: 10+ years in Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our Electrical Panels division. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge of LT/HT electrical panel systems, and a strong track record of B2B sales, team leadership, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and market share in electrical panels and related solutions. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across industrial, infrastructure, and commercial sectors. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, EPCs, and government agencies. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set targets, review performance, and ensure capability development. Project & Technical Sales: Collaborate with engineering teams to propose customized panel solutions. Understand customer requirements and present technically viable and cost-effective proposals. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to fine-tune sales strategies. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, and periodic reports for management review. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related discipline MBA in Sales/Marketing (advantageous but not mandatory) Proven track record in selling LT/HT electrical panels, switchgear, or power distribution systems Strong network in the electrical industry – consultants, contractors, OEMs, utilities, and end-users Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Strong leadership and team management experience Willingness to travel as per business requirements Show more Show less
