Key Responsibilities

• Convert

  into active clients through effective pitching, follow-ups, and consultative discussions.
• Manage the complete B2B sales cycle—from first contact to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Present Cloudhire’s staffing and recruitment offerings to HR heads, business leaders, and CXO-level stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and sustained partnerships.
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, and marketing teams for smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Keep track of sales metrics with timely reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and competitive insights to identify upsell and growth opportunities.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
  

Requirements

• 4–6 years of B2B sales or business development experience in

  staffing, recruitment, HR tech, job boards

  , or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in converting leads and closing B2B deals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive consultative sales conversations.
• Proven understanding of staffing/recruitment sales processes and client expectations.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working
