Job Description

As a Sales Executive at our company, your role involves conducting market research to identify selling opportunities, understanding customer needs, and actively generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media platforms. You will be responsible for scheduling and attending meetings with potential clients, delivering compelling presentations and product/service demonstrations, and maintaining accurate records of sales and financial data. Additionally, your role will require ensuring stock availability for demonstrations, representing the company at exhibitions and conferences, handling objections, negotiating terms, and effectively closing deals. Collaborating closely with team members to achieve collective targets is also a key aspect of this role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting market research to identify selling opportunities and understand customer needs. - Actively generating leads through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms. - Scheduling and attending meetings with potential clients, understanding their needs, and addressing concerns. - Delivering compelling presentations and product/service demonstrations. - Maintaining accurate records and preparing regular reports on sales and financial data. - Ensuring stock availability and readiness for demonstrations. - Representing the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences. - Handling objections, negotiating terms, and closing deals effectively. - Working closely with team members to achieve collective targets. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role. - Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). - Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation strategies. - Fast learner with a passion for sales and growth. - Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive. - Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations. - Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (Bachelors degree preferred).
