About The Job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Manager for a full-time on-site position based in Powai, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will lead and inspire a sales team to achieve targets while developing effective strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide guidance and support for professional development.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Stay abreast of market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Performance Reporting:
  • Regularly report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to optimise strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Communication and Negotiation:
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 plus years of experience in Sales and business development
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Sales Manager / Team Manager in a similar B2B sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Proven experience in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Edtech industry is a plus
