Job Description

Looking for a high-performing Sales Lead with deep expertise in B2B sales in BFSI and finance functions across Industries.

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B AI/Tech sales, enterprise account management, and business development.
  • Experience managing end to end sales cycles, enterprise procurement processes, and complex B2B negotiations.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales models, subscription pricing, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong network and existing database of B2B clients in BFSI, fintech, logistics, or enterprise automation.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation tools.
  • Strong sales leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at C-level.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs, sales forecasting, and performance metrics.
