Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely closure of tasks related to hiring, onboarding, and office HR support. MIS & Reporting: Prepare and maintain dashboards for hiring status, onboarding trackers, and employee lifecycle data to support HR reviews and audits. Qualifications: 13 years of experience in an HR generalist, TA coordination, or admin support role Familiarity with basic HR processes, Excel/Google Sheets, and scheduling tools Strong organizational and coordination skills A people-first attitude and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification or MBA (preferred, not mandatory)
